Papyrus Digital ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Deadlinr mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Our Privacy Philosophy
Your data is yours. Deadlinr is designed with privacy at its core. We don't track you, we don't sell your data, and we don't require an account. Your information stays on your device and your personal iCloud account.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you use Deadlinr, you may enter:
- Item names and descriptions
- Expiration dates
- Category assignments
- Price information
- Notes
This data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.
Information Collected Automatically
Purchase Information
If you make an in-app purchase, we use RevenueCat to process transactions. RevenueCat collects:
- An anonymous user identifier (not linked to your name or email)
- Purchase history (whether you have lifetime access)
This information is used solely to verify your purchase and restore it across devices.
Device Information
The App does not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.

Third-Party Services
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions and stores an anonymous identifier to restore your purchases across devices. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Apple iCloud
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms. We do not have access to your iCloud data. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data Storage & Security
- Local Storage: Your data is stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.
- iCloud Sync: If enabled, data syncs through your personal iCloud account using Apple's end-to-end encryption.
- No Server: We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
Data Retention
- Local data: Remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- iCloud data: Remains in your iCloud account until you delete it.
- Purchase data: Retained by RevenueCat to enable purchase restoration.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (it's on your device)
- Delete your data (clear app data or uninstall)
- Export your data (via the App's backup feature)
- Opt out of iCloud sync (disable in Settings)
Children's Privacy
Deadlinr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
International Users
Deadlinr is available worldwide. By using the App, you consent to your data being processed as described in this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
